THE COMMISSION AGREEMENT
A Note from the Founder: PORTRAIT is not mass-produced; it is architected. Because this Maison is entirely new, we are building it together. By commissioning a bag today, you are not just a customer—you are a pioneer of this brand. You are placing your trust, your funds, and your patience in our vision to bring this physical reality to life. For that, I am profoundly honored.
To guarantee that every single bag meets our uncompromising standard, we do not hold dead stock. We forge in batches. This allows me to personally supervise the production, control the scarcity, and offer you the highest tier of customer service.

THE TIMELINE OF YOUR COMMISSION:
PHASE I: The Open Allocation (Month 1 - 3) The window to commission your bag will remain open for exactly three months. This allows us to gather our Founding Vanguard. Once this window closes, no further orders will be accepted for this batch.
PHASE II: The Architecture (60 Days) Once the allocation window locks, production begins. We dedicate a maximum of 60 days to forge, construct, and quality-check the heavy hardware and physical structure of your bag. We refuse to rush this process.
PHASE III: The Dispatch (30 Days) Following production, we require one month to meticulously organize, package, and orchestrate the global distribution of the batch. Every piece will be handled with absolute precision before it reaches your hands.
Securing your allocation signifies your absolute agreement to the Made-to-Order timeline and the PORTRAIT Terms of Commission.

Upon the sealing of your intent (Order Placement), We initiates a structured 60-day engineering cycle. Here is the sequence of your anchor’s realization:
- PHASE 01: THE INITIALIZATION (Day 1–3)Direct Outreach: Our representative contacts you via your preferred channel to formally confirm your entry into the Registry.
Customization Protocol: During this consultation, we finalize your bespoke requirements, including: Bespoke Initials: Selection of up to 3 characters for cold-press lateral engraving. Hardware Finish: Confirmation of the structural seal (Gold, Silver, or Matte Black).The Hidden Inscription: Submission of your private "Secret Frequency" text to be hidden within the interior hardware.

- PHASE 05: THE ARRIVAL & COORDINATION (Day 59–60) Concierge Contact: Once the product arrives at our headquarters, we contact you immediately to schedule a secure, hand-delivered arrival. Doorstep Delivery: We arrange a precise window for the anchor to reach your residence, ensuring it is received with the gravity it deserves.

I designed the Caprice Collection as an homage to a very specific kind of woman. She is the woman who always gets exactly what she desires—not by forcing it, but simply because she is so deeply in love with being loved.
She has mastered the beautiful, quiet art of receiving. When she wants something, she doesn't demand it; she becomes capricieuse. She leans into her whims. She is a seductress who knows how to give her heart completely, but more importantly, she knows how to let the world give to her.
I named it Caprice because that sudden, unpredictable mood is her truest nature. It is where her softness and her sensuality live. She has this profound appreciation for beautiful things, and she expects her reality to reflect that.
