HOW IT WORKS

01. Initiation Log into your P|M Account and select the item from your purchase history you wish to sell back. Submit a request with current photos of the item. Note: This service is currently exclusive to P|M Leather Goods.

02. Provisional Valuation Our Archive Team will review your submission. If eligible, you will receive a provisional offer range within 48 hours based on the item’s model, rarity, and visual condition.

03. Authentication & Inspection Ship your item to us using our prepaid, insured shipping label. Upon arrival at our atelier, our experts will verify the item’s authenticity against your original purchase record and perform a physical inspection of the leather, hardware, and stitching.

04. Final Offer & Immediate Payment Once inspected, we will present a Final Buy-Back Price. Upon your acceptance, funds will be transferred directly to your bank account or issued as enhanced Store Credit (your choice) within 3-5 business days.

VALUATION CRITERIA

We grade your investment fairly.

Your buy-back offer is determined by the State of the Archive. We categorize items into three tiers:

• Tier 1: Collector Grade (Like New)

  • Condition: Pristine structure, no scratches, original dust bag/box included.

  • Value: Highest liquidity value.

• Tier 2: Studio Grade (Gently Used)

  • Condition: Minor softening of leather, hairline scratches on hardware, clean interior.

  • Value: Strong market value reflecting gentle wear.

• Tier 3: Vintage Grade (Well Loved)

  • Condition: Visible patina, softened structure, surface wear consistent with daily use.

  • Value: Fair value based on restoration potential.
